A new cruise ship called Quantum of the Seas has been labeled as the most high-tech cruise ship yet, it has been revealed.
The Royal Caribbean high-tech cruise which was unveiled in Southampton ahead of its maiden voyage is among the 10 biggest liners to be built, the Independent reported.
The 168,666 ton vessel features several high-tech attractions new to cruise ships that includes cocktail bar manned by a robotic arm, virtual views on LED screens posing as cabin windows, skydiving simulator, an app to oversee planned activities, a wristband to organize purchases and on-board bumper cars among others features.
Quantum of the Seas is more than 1,100ft long, has a top speed of 22 knots and room for 4,180 passengers.
The cruise will set for its maiden voyage from New York.
