Leaked: Exclusive Production Spec Fiat Avventura Interiors
We bring you the first exclusive pictures of the production spec interiors of the upcoming Fiat Avventura CUV. Their compact SUV in India – Fiat Avventura, the next big thing from the Italian manufacturer's stable after the Punto EVO's launch; they call it - CUV 'Contemporary Urban Vehicle'. The Avventura is likely to make it global debut in October before the festive season as both the vehicles, the Punto EVO and the Avventura are not on sale in any part of the world!
Fiat Avventura CUV Interiors
- We all know it shares the interiors with the recently launched Fiat Punto EVO, and what we have looks like an image of the base variant of the Fiat Avventura (probably the Active – as AC controls are manual) which sports a dual tone shade. Maybe just like the EVO, it might get an all-black treatment.
- The production spec car features an inclinometer (Inclinometer measure angles of slope, elevation or depression of a vehicle with respect to gravity) that the company showcased at the Auto Expo; placed above the central AC louvers and also incorporates a compass!
- Like we said, the spy shots seems to of base variant – Active (maybe mid – Dynamic) but similar to the Linea it also features Fiat's new built-in audio unit. Apart from this interiors are similar to the EVO, expect amber ambient light, rear AC vents, Fiat's Blue&Me (Bluetooth phone integration with voice controls) with steering controls.
- The spy shot reveals a 5-speed gearbox contrary to the 6-speeder that they showcased at the Expo, but it might be the FIRE petrol variant of the Avventura!
On the design front, it looks similar to the new EVO apart from the boot-mounted spare wheel. The Punto already features a modest 280 liter boot space and now with the mounted spare wheel, it will lead to the Avventura boasting boot-space close to 300 liters! Mechanically, expect powertrains for the Avventura to be the 90HP 1.3L MULTIJET diesel and the 1.4L FIRE petrol. The 90HP turbo diesel sports a variable-geometry-turbo churning out 92bhp at 4000rpm and 209Nm of max torque at 2000rpm. While the 1.4 lite naturally aspirated FIRE petrol gathers 88.8bhp at 6000rpm and 115Nm of torque at 4500rpm.
