3M India net profit rises 20.44% in the March 2014 quarter

Sales rise 6.94% to Rs 431.40 crore

Net profit of 3M India rose 20.44% to Rs 25.40 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 21.09 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Sales rose 6.94% to Rs 431.40 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 403.41 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.

For the full year,net profit declined 17.75% to Rs 42.99 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 52.27 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Sales rose 10.15% to Rs 1708.43 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 1551.02 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.
