Board to reconsider stock split on 12 October 2017

Aarey Drugs & Pharmaceuticals announced that the Company in interest of Shareholders decided to withdraw Record Date i.e. 13 October 2017 for sub-division and in this regard the Company has further decided to have a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held on 12 October 2017 to Reconsider the Sub Division.
