Advani Hotels & Resorts (India) announces resignation of company secretary

With effect from 16 June 2015

Advani Hotels & Resorts (India) announced that Raju M. Bamane Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company, has resigned and the same has been accepted by the Company w.e.f.16 June 2015. The same will be placed before the ensuing Audit Committee and Board of Directors meeting/s for ratification / approval.
