AGC Networks allots 35,227 equity shares under ESOP

AGC Networks has allotted 35,227 Equity shares to Sanjeev Shekhar Verma, Whole-Time Director, being a ESOP holders, pursuant to the exercise of ESOP options vested upon him as per the terms of AGC Networks Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2015 (the Scheme).

Consequently, as on 12 May 2020, the Issued, Subscribed and Paid-up Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 29,77,98,760/- divided into 2,97,79,876 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.
