Anna Infrastructures to hold board meeting

Anna Infrastructures will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 10 April 2015, to appoint Rhythm Garg as Additional Director on the Board of the Company, and taking on record the resignation of Ramesh Chand Agarwal as Independent Director and re-designation, as Non Executive Director of the Company.
