Ashima announced that pursuant to receipt of Observation Letters from BSE (the designated stock exchange) and National Stock Exchange of India on the Draft Scheme of Arrangement submitted to them, the Company on 29 June 2015 has filed, with requisite modifications as per the said observation letters, a Scheme of Arrangement for Reconstruction and Compromise between the Company and its Equity Shareholders, Preference Shareholders and Secured Creditors under sections 391 to 394 read with sections 100 to 103 of the Companies Act, 1956 and section 52 of the Companies Act, 2013 with the Honourable High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
