Board of Euro Asia Exports approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 31 March 2015

Euro Asia Exports announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 March 2015, have appointed Nidhi Maheshwari & Gagan Goyal as Additional Directors of the Company, further Ganesh Prasad Nayak has resigned from the board as Director of the Company.
