Alfa Ica (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 June 2015, inter alia, has approved the proposal to buyback the fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each of the Company ("Equity Shares") from the shareholders of the Company on a proportionate basis through a tender offer (the including appointment of a reputed merchant banker in accordance with the provisions of Section 68, 69 and 70 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the SEBI (Buy-Back of Securities) Regulations 1998.The Buy-back shall be up to 10% of the aggregate of paid-up capital and free reserves of the Company at a maximum price Rs. 20 per Equity Share, subject to the approvals of statutory, regulatory or governmental authorities as may be required under applicable law.
