Asian Paints announces divestment of Berger Paints Singapore for SGD 4 million

Asian Paints announced that Asian Paints International (APIPL), Singapore, wholly owned subsidiary of the company, has divested its entire stake in Berger Paints Singapore, wholly owned subsidiary of APIPL to Omega Property Investment, Australia. The transaction was concluded for a consideration of SGD 4 million.
