Aurobindo Pharma approves change in directorate
With effect from 16 December 2017
The Board of Aurobindo Pharma approved the following change in directorate -Rangaswamy Rathakrishnan Iyer has submitted his resignation as Independent Director of the Company due to his pre-occupation and time constraints. The Board of Directors of the Company vide circular resolution dated 16 December 2017 has noted and taken on record his resignation with effect from 9 December 2017.
The Board of Directors of the Company vide Circular Resolution dated 16 December, 2017, has appointed Savita Mahajan as an Additional Director (Non-Executive and Independent) of the Company w.e.f. 16 December, 2017.
