Axis Bank allots 1.17 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 1,17,942 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on 7 June 2021, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 612,98,16,214 (306,49,08,107 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 613,00,52,098 (306,50,26,049 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
