Axis Bank will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 22 July 2016, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter ending 30 June 2016 (Q1), subject to a limited review by the Statutory Auditors of the Bank.
