Axis-IT&T has announced that the Hon'ble High Court Delhi at New Delhi has approved the scheme of arrangement between Axis - IT&T and Cades Digitech and their respective shareholders, vide its Order dated 10 March 2014. The Certified Copy of which is dated 22 March 2014 and was received by the Company on the same date.The Hon'ble High Court of Karnataka had by its Order dated 17 December 2013 had sanctioned the captioned scheme subject to the approval of the Hon'ble High Court, Delhi.
