With effect from 01 October 2014
Bajaj Finserv announced that Kevin D'Sa is currently the CFO of Bajaj Auto (BAL), Bajaj Finserv (BPS) & Bajaj Holdings & Investment (BHIL).The Companies Act, 2013 which has now introduced the position of CFO as a KMP for the listed companies, provides inter alia that the KMP shall not hold office in more than one company. In terms of Section 203 of the said Act, Kevin D'sa, has chosen to continue as CFO in BAL, and decided to relinquish his position as CFO in BFS & BHIL w.e.f. 01 October 2014.
The Board at its meeting held on 10 September 2014 has appointed S Sreenivasan, President (Finance), as the new CFO of BFS, w.e.f. 01 October 2014.
