Bayer CropScience announced that the Buyback Committee (constituted by the Board of Directors on 03 June 2015), at its meeting held on 20 July 2015 has approved 04 August 2015 to be the Record Date for determining the entitlement and the names of the Equity Shareholders, to whom the Letter of Offer will be sent and will be eligible to participate in the buyback of not exceeding 12,65,000 fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each from all the existing shareholders / beneficial owners of equity shares of the Company for a price of Rs. 4,000 per share payable in cash for an aggregate amount of Rs.506,00,00,000 (Rupees Five Hundred and Six Crores only).Powered by Capital Market - Live News
