Bharat Financial Inclusion allots equity shares

Bharat Financial Inclusion announced that on 28 July 2016, the Company has allotted 35,363 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to the employees who have exercised options under various SKS Microfinance Employee Stock Option Plans.
