Bhushan Steel renamed as Tata Steel BSL

Bhushan Steel has received approval from the Central Government for change in name to TATA STEEL BSL on 27 November 2018 and a 'Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to Change of Name' [pursuant to rule 29 of the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014] has been issued by the Office of the Registrar of Companies, New Delhi in this regard.
