Board of Amara Raja Batteries approves change in company secretary

At meeting held on 16 March 2021

The Board of Amara Raja Batteries at its meeting held on 16 March 2021 has notes that M R Rajaram, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company would be retiring on 31 March 2021.

The Board has appointed Vikas Sabharwal (FCS 5354) as the Company Secretary and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from 01 April 2021.
