Amraworld Agrico announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 02 March 2015, inter alia, has considered the following:- To shift registered office of the Company from 803, Samedh Building, Adj. Associated Petroleum, C. G. Road, Ellisbridge, Ahmedabad - 380006 to 24, Laxmi Chambers, Navjeevan Press Road, Opp. Old Gujarat High Court, Ahmedabad - 380014, Gujarat w.e.f. 12 February 2015.
