The Board of Directors of Anubhav Infrastructure at its meeting held on 14 February 2018 has considered that Bijeyata Agarwal had resigned from the post of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) 'in place of her Dinesh Agarwal had been appointed as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO)of the Company w.e.f 14 February 2018.
