Apis India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 December 2016 has taken the following decisions -To invest an amount not exceeding Rs 30 crore in Dubai, UAE.
To invest in JV company namely - Apis Pure Company for Food Stuff Trading situated at Dubai, UAE.
