Board of Asian Hotels (North) appoints director

At meeting held on 28 May 2015

Asian Hotels (North) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 May 2015, has appointed Anita Thapar pursuant to second proviso to sub-section (1) of Section 149 of the Companies Act, 2013. Since she is in employment of the Company, she becomes a whole-time director responsible for Administration and Corporate Co-ordination.
