Board of Bajrang Finance allots equity shares on preferential basis

Bajrang Finance announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 October 2016 has considered and approved -Allotment of 4 lakh equity shares on preferential basis at Rs 100 per equity share (including premium of Rs 90 per equity share).
