Oil & Natural Gas Corpn announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 October 2016, inter alia, have1. Approved Interim Dividend of Rs. 4.50 (Four rupees and fifty paisa only) per equity share of Rs. 5/- each, for the Financial Year 2016-17. Payment of interim dividend shall start from 07 November 2016.
2. Recommended the issue of bonus shares in the proportion of 1 (One) new equity share of Rs.5/- each for every 2 (Two) existing equity shares of Rs. 5/- each fully paid up of the Company, subject to the approval of the shareholders.
