Keva Flavours executed business transfer agreement with GFPL
With reference to the acquisition of Business Undertaking of Gujarat Flavours (GFPL) comprising of Flavours Division, S H Kelkar & Company announced that on 26 October 2016, Keva Flavours, subsidiary of the Company, has executed a Business Transfer Agreement ("BTA") with GFPL for acquisition of the Business Undertaking of GFPL comprising of Flavours Division with effect from the Closing Date i.e. a day no later than 01 December 2016 or such other date as may be agreed between the parties to the BTA.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
