Chitradurga Spintex announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 25 March 2015, has considered and approved the following:

1. Appointment of Namrata Malu as an Additional Independent Woman Director of the Company w.e.f. 25 March 2015.

2. Appointment of Shivanna Rajasekharappa as CFO of the Company w.e.f. 25 March 2015.
