Consolidated Securities announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the proposal for change in name of the Company to "CSL Finance".Further the Company being a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) has duly applied to Reserve Bank of India for the approval of the proposed name change. Also the Company had approached the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana, for name change of the Company and have received the certificate w.r.t. to availability of the proposed name from ROC on 12 August 2015.
Further note that the Company shall seek the approval of the shareholders of the Company in its forthcoming Annual General Meeting on 30 September 2015, subject to approval from Reserve Bank of India and Central Government.
