At meeting held on 18 July 2014
CRISIL announced that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on 18 July 2014, Ravinder Singhania, who was alternate director to Douglas L. Peterson, David Pearce and Yann Le Pallec has resigned as an alternate director to them.He has been appointed as an alternate director to Douglas L. Peterson under Section 161(2) of the Companies Act, 2013 with effect from 18 July 2014.
