Board of Deep Industries approves scheme of merger of promoter companies & change in directorate
At meeting held on 25 June 2015
Deep Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 25 June 2015, approved the following -Scheme of merger of promoter companies with Deep Industries with appointed date of 01 April 2015. Pursuant to the scheme, there will not be any increase in total promoter shareholding of Deep Industries.
Appointment of Renuka Anjani Upadhyay as Additional Director of the Company with effect from 24 June 2015.
Resignation of Rita Shah from directorship with effect from 25 June 2015.
