Board of Dion Global Solutions approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 09 February 2015

Dion Global Solutions announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 09 February 2015, inter alia, have considered and approved the following:

1. Appointment of John Lane Lowrey as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director on the Board of the Company with effect from 09 February 2015.

Further the Company has informed that Shachindra Nath, Non-Executive Director, has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 09 February 2015.
