Board of Duke Offshore allots 42.98 lakh equity shares under bonus issue

At meeting held on 30 October 2018

The Board of Duke Offshore at its meeting held on 30 October 2018 has allotted 42,98,600 Bonus Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each to the Equity Shareholders entitled thereto as on the closing of 29 October, 2018, being the record date fixed for this purpose.
