Dynamatic Technologies announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 May 2014, inter alia, has approved the following:

The Board accepted the resignation tendered by Sindhu from the position of Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company.

Naveen Chandra P, a qualified Company Secretary, has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company with effect from 28 May 2014.
