Board of ECE Industries recommends dividend

ECE Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 16 May 2014, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Re 0.10 (1%) per share of Rs 10 each on equity shares of the Company for the year ended 31 March 2014.
