Board of Empee Distilleries allots NCDs on private placement basis

At meeting held on 27 April 2016

Empee Distilleries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 April 2016, has approved allotment of 14%, 375 Nos. Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures of Rs. 10,00,000 each to aggregating Rs. 37.50 crore to select investors under Private placement basis.
