Ess Dee Aluminium announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 14 December 2016, inter alia, to transact the following business:1. To take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for quarter and half year ended 30 September 2016.
2. A meeting of the members of the Audit Committee will also be held on 14 December 2016 prior to the Board Meeting to review the Un-Audited Financial Results for quarter and half year ended 30 September 2016.
