Esteem Bio Organic Food Processing announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 October 2014, has considered and approved the following matters:- Board of Directors of the company has decided the price of Rs. 10/- Each i.e. face value Rs. 10/- and premium Rs. Nil/- as an issue price for the purpose of Rights issue.
