Board of Ethos allots 32,250 equity shares under ESOP

The Board of Ethos, material subsidiary of KDDL, at its meeting held on 10 August 2021 has approved the allotment of 32,250 equity shares under Ethos ESOP. After the allotment of equity shares, consolidated shareholding of KDDL (directly and indirectly through its subsidiary, Mahen Distribution) in Ethos has changed from 76.85% to 76.71%
