The Board of Frontier Informatics at its meeting held on 27 September 2019 has approved the following -
1. Appointment of Shikha Gangrade (A39940) as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.
2. Accepted Resignation of Archana Singh (DIN:07328641), as Independent Director of the Company.
3. Accepted Resignation of Rajan Babu Mothe (DIN: 07740978), as Independent Director of the Company.
4. In compliance with provisions of the Act, board has re-constituted Audit Committee of the Board
5. With the view of change in constitution, the Board of Directors has re-constituted the Committees of the Board in compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
