Garware Polyester announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 May 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following:

1. The appointment of Nimesh S. Shah as Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company w.e.f. 30 April 2015.

2. The appointment of Sunil Kanojia as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company, w.e.f. 21 May 2015.
