TTK Prestige announces change in directorate

At meeting held on 29 May 2015

TTK Prestige announced that Dr. Latha Jagannathan, a Promoter Non-executive Director has stepped down from the Board with effect from the closing hours of 27 May 2015.

Dr. TT Mukund has been co-opted as a Director in place of Dr. Latha Jagannathan with effect from 29 May 2015.

Mukund's appointment has been cleared by the Nominations & Remuneration Committee. He will be a non-independent director as he is from the Promoters' family.
