Board of Gravita India recommends final dividend

Gravita India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 May 2014, inter alia, has proposed the final dividend @ 25% amounting to Re 0.50 per share on the equity share of Rs 2 each for the Financial Year 2013-14, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
