Board of Greaves Cotton approves appointment of director

The Board of Greaves Cotton has approved the appointment of Subbu Venkata Rama Behara (DIN: 00289721) as an Additional Director designated as an Independent Director of the Company for a period of 5 (five) years with effect from 28 May 2020, subject to approval of shareholders of the Company.
