At meeting held on 28 November 2016
Himachal Futuristic Communications announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on 28 November 2016, inter alia, have taken the following decisions:1. Declared First Interim Dividend of Rs. 3.25 per share on 80,50,000 Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares (CRPS) of Rs. 100/- each for the financial year 2016-17.
2. The Company has constituted a Committee of Directors for allotment of Secured Unlisted Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) which are to be allotted by way of conversion of outstanding right of recompense payable to various lenders.
