Board of IIFL Securities accepts resignation of director and change in company secretary

At meeting held on 20 November 2020

The Board of IIFL Securities at its meeting held on 20 November 2020 took note of resignation of Mohan Radhakrishnan, Executive Director & Chief Compliance Officer of the Company, effective from close of business hours on 30 November 2020, due to personal reasons; took note of the resignation of Roshan Dave, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from close of business hours on 19 November 2020; and appointed Meghal Shah as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, as well as, a KMP of the Company with effect from 20 November 2020.
