Board of Indian Energy Exchange approves buyback of shares
At meeting held on 20 December 2018
The Board of Indian Energy Exchange has approved the proposal to buyback shares of the company not exceeding 37,29,729 equity shares at a maximum price of Rs 185 per equity share for an aggregate total consideration up to Rs 69 crore.
