Mahindra & Mahindra intimates of incorporation of new subsidiary - PT Mahindra Accelo Steel Indonesia

Mahindra & Mahindra announced that Mahindra Intertrade ("MIL"), a wholly owned Subsidiary of Mahindra Vehicle Manufacturers ("MVML") which is in tum a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 19 December, 2018 incorporated PT Mahindra Accelo Steel Indonesia (PT MASI).

Pf MASI has become a 'subsidiary' of MIL and in tum of MVML and of the Company with effect from 19 December, 2018.
