Board of JK Agri Genetics (New) recommends final dividend

JK Agri Genetics (New) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 7 May 2015, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 3 per equity Share (i.e. 30%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
