Board of JK Paper approves acquisition of Deepti Electronics & Electro Optics

The Board of JK Paper at its meeting held on 30 July 2021 has approved acquisition of the business of Deepti Electronics & Electro Optics, as a going concern on slump sale basis for a net cash consideration of around Rs. 25 crore under a Business Transfer Agreement.
